Christmas Wreath Fundraisers
Fundraising is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3 with Granstrom Evergreens 1) Download our Wholesale Information Packet (see Fundraising Forms) 2) Complete the Sales Agreement and send it to us. Be sure to indicate how many color brochures you need and if you would like a fresh sample wreath. 3) Create your sales packets for your group. Remember that your retail price minus your cost (wholesale wreath price plus shipping) equals your profit. 4) Hold your fundraiser. 5) Send in your Final Order Form by Nov. 15th. 6) Receive your order using one of the below delivery methods. 7) Enjoy your fresh evergreen wreaths all winter long! Delivery Methods * Pick Up any order on a prearranged date. Wreaths and Swags must be in quantities of five. * Delivery in the Portland area for orders of 300 items delivered. Wreaths must be in quantities of ten. * Bulk UPS shipping for out of area customers. Swags & 18” wreaths are packed in boxes of ten. 22” wreaths are packed in boxes of five. Garlands are shipped one per box and 30” wreaths do not ship. * Individual UPS wreath orders are shipped with a personalized greeting to anyone in the Continental United States. Minimum order of 100 items required. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or foreign countries. See UPS Shipping Chart for prices. Pick Up Orders Picking up your order of our wreaths, swags and garlands at our Troutdale, Oregon farm is the easiest way to get your order. After you turn in your final order you can pick up your order on a pre arranged date. This is usually very flexible. Popular dates include the weekend before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving weekend and the weekend after Thanksgiving. When you come to pick up your order please take a moment to consider how much room your order will take up in your vehicle. Usually we can load about 100 wreaths into a truck bed, mini-van or SUV. In a little enclosed trailer we can usually load around 175-200 wreaths. Garlands take up a bit more room, so take that into consideration if you have garlands in your order. Many of our wholesale orders that go to tree lots in California prefer to send their semi-trucks to us to be loaded with wreaths before they pick up their Christmas trees at another farm. An order of 50 75FT garlands and 300 wreaths takes up about 10 feet in a semi trailer. An order of 1,500 wreaths takes up about 15 feet in a semi trailer. We have a crew on hand that will load your order into your car for you. You won't get your hands dirty. Our hours for picking up orders are from Monday - Saturday 7am - 4pm. Other times available by appointment. To find our farm follow our driving directions. When you arrive please check in at the office in the house to complete any paperwork and then we will load your order for you at the red barn. Delivery Orders If you order 300 or more items we will deliver your order to you for free in the Portland Metropolitan Area. Delivery dates may be limited depending on our workload for the season, so please sign up for yours early in the season, preferably when you send in your sales agreement. Usually we do two or three deliveries in one trip and the orders are delivered between 8am and noon. Frank delivers the orders and will set out your wreaths by the different size and will count out your order to you to ensure accuracy in the count. We will unload all the wreaths and set them out in 5's and count them all out to you to ensure your order is accurate. Please do not have your organizations members come to collect the wreaths until after the delivery is completed. Often if people are filling orders and distributing wreaths while we are trying to unload your order and count it out to you it can become very confusing and you may not end up with exactly what you ordered. Please note that our delivery service is "curbside delivery" which means we will not carry your wreaths down or up stairs or very far inside a building. Garages, driveways or yards are great places for us to unload your wreath order. Bulk UPS Orders For our customers outside of the Portland area we can ship your wreaths to you in boxes of 5 or 10 wreaths and take advantage of UPS Hundredweight service to provide you with competitive shipping rates. Please refer to the UPS Shipping Chart for the current rates. These are the rates per item (one wreath or one swag or one garland) based upon shipping in full boxes of: 10 Swags per box 10 18" Wreaths per box 10 22" Wreaths per box 1 - 3 25ft Garlands per box depending on the order 1 - 75ft Garland per box 
We can ship your wreaths to arrive to you on any day you like. Our usual shipping date is the Monday after Thanksgiving. We can e-mail you the UPS tracking numbers for your shipment so you can follow it's progress as your wreaths travel to you. Please look at the map below to determine how many days it will take your order to reach you. Note that the shipping times are approximate and often winter weather can slow the shipment by one day. UPS will deliver your order during normal business hours Monday through Friday. If you need to contact UPS regarding your delivery have your tracking number on hand and call 1-800-PICK-UPS ( 1-800-742-5877 ). 
Individual UPS Orders Try using our Individual UPS Wreath program to boost your organizations sales! Your organization takes the orders for wreaths to be shipped throughout the continental USA, Granstrom Evergreens prepares your orders and packs your wreaths and UPS delivers your wreaths directly to the doorsteps of your loved ones. Just compile your list of orders using our UPS Address Form then submit your order to us by Nov. 15th. We process all your orders and ship your wreaths on the Monday after Thanksgiving. 
The shipping cost can be found on the current UPS Shipping Chart. We ship using ground UPS service, therefore we can not ship to Hawaii and Alaska or to a PO BOX. There is a minimum order of 100 items for using our Individual UPS service. Orders of 50 - 100 items can be filled but must be submitted using our electronic UPS Spreadsheet. For smaller orders of 10 - 20 items it is often easier for both the organizations fundraising coordinator and for Granstrom Evergreens to simply provide empty shipping boxes for a small fee and let the customer ship the wreath themselves.
