Payment via Check, Visa or Mastercard.

Orders received by 11/19 will be shipped on 11/26.
Orders received after 11/19 will ship by 12/3 or earlier.
Orders received after 12/3 will ship as soon as possible, usually 1-3 days after receiving your order.
